Had a great time here with friends! We loved the proximity to both the C&O trail and Whitetail Ski Resort for some adventurous days. The staff were super helpful, especially with our bikes. The room was comfortable, clean enough, and it’s a budget-friendly choice. Just a heads-up, keep in mind there's no breakfast available, but overall, it was a solid stay.
One thing I noticed was that the carpet could definitely use some cleaning. it had a bit of a musty smell.

If you're a foodie, you've got to hit up Potomac River Grill just across the street—it's a local gem with killer roasted meats! The place was clean, albeit a bit dated, and super affordable for a pitstop. Plus, it's a hop away from the bike trails, making it a solid choice for two-wheeled travelers.
However, the motel's really seen better days. Think musty smells and worn-out furniture. My room was a letdown with no nightstand to put my late-night snacks on — just a tad annoying! Fresh paint and a good scrub would do wonders here.
